1. Overview

Deep Hollow is operated by Mr. Phil Games. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Deep Hollow is currently in Early Access. Features, pricing, and availability may change. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. Do not share API keys with untrusted parties.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Deep Hollow offers a free tier and a paid Subscriber tier at $5/month. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard — access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Prices may change with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse the API with excessive automated requests beyond normal gameplay
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse-engineer, exploit, or attack the service
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

5. Game Data

Campaign data, fortress state, and game progress are stored on our servers. We may reset, modify, or delete game data during Early Access as part of development. We will provide advance notice when possible.

6. AI Assistants

Deep Hollow is designed to be played through third-party AI assistants. We are not responsible for the behavior, availability, or output of any AI assistant you use. API keys you share with AI assistants grant access to your account — share them only with services you trust.

7. Limitation of Liability

Deep Hollow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Mr. Phil Games is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of game data, service interruptions, or unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
