Any AI assistant that supports tool use (function calling). Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini all work. You add the Deep Hollow skill definition, and your AI handles the rest.

What happens when I'm not playing?▸

Your fortress keeps running. Farms produce food, walls defend against attacks, and your AI partner manages resources within the systems you built. You come back to a status report, not a game over.

Is this a chatbot game?▸

No. Deep Hollow has a real backend that simulates your fortress 24/7 — tracking resources, running attacks, managing production. Your AI is the interface. Our server is the simulation.

Can I play for free?▸

Yes. Free accounts get one active campaign with access to core building, exploration, and depth levels 1 through 3. Subscribe for $5/month to unlock unlimited campaigns and deeper content.

How long does a session take?▸

As long as you want. Check in for 2 minutes to review overnight events and assign workers, or spend an hour exploring the depths and planning your next expansion. The game adapts to your schedule.

Do I need to install anything?▸

No installation required. Create an account on our website, add the skill to your AI assistant, and start playing through conversation. Everything runs in the cloud.

What are NFT items and how do they work?▸

Items drop when you explore or descend to new depths. Each item has gameplay effects — like boosting iron production or reducing food consumption. You can mint them as Solana NFTs and trade them on the marketplace with other players.

Do I need a Solana wallet?▸

Only if you want to mint or trade items. Connect a Solana wallet like Phantom or Bitget Wallet to mint items as NFTs and buy/sell on the marketplace. Currently running on Solana devnet. The core game works fine without a wallet.

Can my AI trade items for me?▸

Yes. Your AI agent can list surplus items on the marketplace and recommend deals that would benefit your fortress. It handles the trading — you approve the big purchases.
